SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLING

Your accounts, posted and answered every day

Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, planned a month ahead and published daily. Replies answered the same day by the person who wrote the post.

What an automated account looks like from outside

01

Posts go out, comments sit

The scheduler publishes on time and nobody opens the inbox. A question from a buyer waits four days in public.

02

One asset resized four ways and called a strategy

The same square image on every network, cropped badly on two of them, captioned once.

03

Nobody can say what any of it was for

Follower count is the only number reported, and it has no relationship to the enquiries you received.

Four moving parts, run by one team

01

Calendar

A month of posts planned ahead against what is actually happening in the business, approved by you in one call.

02

Production

Copy, stills and short video cut for each network rather than resized for it, with captions written per platform.

03

Publishing

Daily posting at the times your audience is on, with the boosts placed behind the posts already earning attention.

04

Replies & reporting

Comments and DMs answered the same day, escalated to you when they are a sales question, and reported once a month.

The monthly cycle

Plan

We start from what is happening in the business this month — a launch, a hire, a job finished — and build the calendar around it.

Produce

Copy and assets made for each network. Vertical video is cut vertical; a LinkedIn post is written like one.

Approve

One call. You see the month in one view, change what you want changed, and it is signed off in an hour.

Publish

Daily posting across the accounts, replies answered the same business day, sales questions routed straight to you.

Report

One report at month end: what went out, what earned attention, what it sent to the site, and what we are changing next month.

Questions we get about social

Which networks do you run?

Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok as standard. We would rather run two accounts properly than five badly, and we will tell you which two if the answer is obvious.

Who replies to comments?

The person who wrote the post. Anything that reads like a sales question or a complaint is escalated to you the same day rather than answered generically.

Do we need to be in the videos?

It helps, and it is not required. Where nobody wants to be on camera we build the month around work-in-progress, finished work and written posts instead.

Who owns the accounts?

You do, from day one. We work as an added manager and we hand access back the day you ask for it.

Tell us what a good month looks like for you.

Send the accounts you have and what you want them doing. You get back a scope, a price and a start date — usually within two working days.
