Who we are
Vocryn AI Systems is a trading name of Vocryn Systems LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, operating this website at https://design.vocryn.com.
Vocryn Systems LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Our business address is Sterling, VA. For questions about this policy, or about data we hold on you, write to design@vocryn.com.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, website URL, service selection and message you type into it. Nothing else on this site collects personal data, and we ask for payment details nowhere.
Our host records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — for security and diagnostics. Those logs are retained for 30 days and then discarded.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers, so there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Web fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party CDN, so loading a page sends no request to any other company.
Why we process it
To answer enquiries you send us, to produce a scope and a price, and to keep records of work we have quoted or delivered. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, or performance of a contract once you engage us.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing, and we do not use it to train anything.
Who else sees it
Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. Contact form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) to the mailbox behind design@vocryn.com. Each acts as a processor under our instruction and neither is permitted to use your data for its own purposes.
Where a client engages us to run their website or social accounts, access to those systems is granted by that client and can be revoked by them at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Records relating to work delivered are kept for 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to design@vocryn.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, Virginia residents may raise it with the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, which enforces the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when what we do changes. Material changes are noted at the top of the page for 30 days before they take effect.
