What we don't do
We don't sell reports
Every finding we write down is a change to the site. If it never reaches the page, it did not happen — and it does not go on the invoice.
We don't lock your accounts
Domain, hosting, analytics and every social account stay in your name with you as owner, from day one. We work as an added manager.
We don't take a project we can't staff
If the calendar cannot hold it we say so on the first call and give you a date we can hold, rather than a start we cannot.
How a Vocryn project runs
Kickoff
One 60-minute call. We leave with the page list, the keyword list and the accounts we need access to — and you leave with a written scope, a price and a date.
Build
Design and development in the open. You see a staging URL from week one and comment on it directly, rather than waiting for a reveal at the end.
Launch
Redirects mapped, Search Console verified, analytics live, schema validated before the DNS switch. We watch the crawl errors report for a month afterwards.
Run
Monthly: a technical SEO pass, content shipped, the social calendar published, and one report with the enquiry number on top rather than the follower count.
Handover
Whenever you ask. Credentials, repository and a short written runbook, with no exit fee and no period of notice on anything you already own.
